During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the beautiful relaxed setting of this hotel. It was nestled in the hills, surrounded by endless green mountains and a flowing creek, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The spacious room with a large window provided a breathtaking view of the lush flora. The staff were friendly, easy-going, and always ready to help. The meals, particularly the lunch and dinner, were excellent, offering hearty and delicious options. I thoroughly enjoyed the private hot tubs in the rooms, allowing for a romantic and intimate experience.
The lack of potable water was a major inconvenience. It would have been preferable for the hotel to provide enough drinkable water or have alternatives in place to avoid guests having to purchase expensive bottled water.

It was so relaxing and peaceful to soak in the warm waters and enjoy the beautiful scenery around. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions and provide assistance when needed.
We were a bit disappointed with the lack of clarity regarding the actual cost of our stay. the extra charges for our child were not clearly communicated, leading to a somewhat unpleasant start to our visit.

Beautiful pools, helpful staff, excellent lunch and dinner, private hot tubs for romantic nights. Spacious and well-decorated room near a river with soothing sounds. Amazing sunset views from the baths and light-filled rooms. Perfect relaxing setting on a hill with endless green mountains. Columbian meals were hearty, but lacked enough vegetables.
